  At New Leaf, our vision is a community where every woman feels seen, heard, and supported. We believe real empowerment begins with understanding each person’s unique journey. By meeting people where they are and offering clear steps forward, we strive to make hope and stability accessible to everyone, no matter their starting point.

Our Team

 Our team brings together dedicated professionals and passionate volunteers, united by a shared belief in creating change. Together, we work with heart and purpose to meet the needs of our community and uplift those we serve. 

What We Do

At the New Leaf Prosperity Project, we believe that real support begins by meeting women where they are. Every journey is unique, and the assistance we provide takes many forms. This may include writing a resume, arranging child care, creating an action plan, or simply being present to listen when someone needs to be heard.  


Our primary focus is on Black women, while we warmly welcome every woman seeking care and guidance. We offer one-on-one mentorship, peer support, and group connections to foster safe, empowering spaces. By combining practical resources with personal encouragement, we help women build resilience, find stability, and move toward a brighter future filled with lasting growth.  


Just as we inspire our sisters to dream big, we hold that same vision for the New Leaf Prosperity Project. With each step we take, we grow, learn, and expand, guided by hope, inclusion, and the belief that brighter futures are built together.
